What We Believe
We believe in one God, Creator of all things, holy, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing.
We believe that the Bible is the infallable and inerrent word of God; that it is the inspired Word that instructs and guides our Christian lives.
We believe that humankind is separated from God due to our fallen nature, which resulted from Adam’s disobedience. We have commit acts against His holy nature (sin).
We believe that Jesus Christ is God. He was conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified, arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven.
We believe that Jesus Christ, as our representative and substitute, shed His blood on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins. Salvation is available to all through faith in Christ alone.
We believe that salvation is available to those who repent and turn away from their sins, and fully place their trust in Jesus Christ. Baptism follows repentance and infilling of the Holy Spirit as it is an outward demonstration of one’s new life in Christ.
We believe that the Holy Spirit glorifies God and brings about repentance and empowers believers to live righteously.
We believe that the purpose of the Church is to glorify God and preach the Gospel, which is that Jesus died for all and salvation is available to all who believe in his death and resurrection.
We believe in Christ’s return to establish justice once and for all on the earth. Those who have accepted and trusted Christ will live in eternal fellowship with God in heaven and those who have rejected Him will be eternally separated.
